We value our customers and we respect your privacy. Any personal
information that you provide us, such as when placing an order, will

Resource Village takes pride in both our customer service and in
the materials we provide. All care has been taken to ensure that the
product descriptions are accurate, however Resource Village cannot
guarantee that they are error free. If you find that a product has
had a misleading description then please get in contact with us.
You can be confident that the products have been thoroughly tested
and scrutinised before being put up for sale. We do recommend that
customers trial downloading the trial resources before purchasing
to ensure that they have the computer system and printer requirements
needed. If people experience any difficulties they should email us

Refund Policy
Contact needs to be made with five days of the purchase, by email
to resourcevillage@gmail.com giving details of the difficulties. We
will endeavour to help solve the problem, however if a solution cannot
be found a refund may be considered. It should be noted that any refund
made will be less a processing fee of $4.00 and any postage charges.
If we believe that the refund policy is being abused we reserve the
right to deny a refund.
